I have serious hand arthritus problems, and heat helps. This device heats up pretty quickly and works fine so far. The only two minor things about it weren't worth a half point. You can't use it while doing anything with the hand, and it has an odd plastic smell, but it's going away quickly. Worth buying.

Unserviceable hand & wrist heating pad. Item would NOT turn-on even with a different working adapter. Suspect a faulty controller. Unserviceable item returned to Amazon via Kohl’s I desire a replacement. If the second item is also defective, Imwill askmfor a credit.

This Hand and Wrist Heating Pad Wrap has been a God Send for me. Working with my hands all day at work often leave my wrist swollen and in tremendous pain. I have been using this wrap now for a few months, every few days and it has provided me relief from the pain and swelling that I often have, making it easier for me to work the following day. Price was pretty affordable for the relief it has given me.

It doesn’t fit correctly, but appears it is well designed for a larger person. I am very sorry for the inconvenience of requesting a refund 💜💜💜
