Poor quality, get a used OEM instead
Poor quality compared to the original, and not worth it. Ordered two, and one of them is already defective due to misalignment of the buttons. The seller was quick to send a replacement. After using for a few months, the buttons became unresponsive. Opened up and found the micro switches on the circuit board were already deformed. I wanted to give it another chance and bought another one, which ended up in the same state. In comparison, my original Toyota remote has lasted 12 years, and the innards are well made. I finally found a much better option: buy a used original Toyota remote from the big auction site, for less money and better quality.Progamming is very easy.

Sliding door does not open
I followed the instructions that came with the remote and everything worked fine except that the button for the sliding door does not work. It unlocks the sliding door but it does not open. I did the whole procedure three times and still does not work. I will have to return it.I contacted the seller online and he guided me through a couple of procedures to see if it fixes the problem but nothing worked, so i ended returning the remote. They sent me a replacement but it does not work either.Ironically when I use my original fob remote, on which all buttons are bad, the one for the sliding door is the only one that works.

Update
Nothing less than a factory remote control, programming was a little complicated, but the result is good.Update. Realize that this remote control is not working for the side sliding door, other controls are good but I need to have a remote control to work like the original works, so I need to return this and try another brand.

Worked like a charm!
Worked with my 2009 Toyota Sienna LE. Found a youtoob vdo that walked me through programming and was able to add two more remotes after losing one of the originals on a canoe trip and was nervous about only having one key and remote left. Also ordered two additional chip keys from same seller and was able to get them cut and programmed myself with the help of a youtoob vdo despite what the documentation that was included with the keys stated. They just have to be cut first and then learned in with the use of an original key. Saved hundreds of dollars without paying a locksmith or stealership programming fees.

Programming not as daunting as directions first seem.
For the price the Toyota dealer wanted to charge me I could buy nineteen of these key fobs. Read over the programming directions a couple of times for familiarity. No need to memorize anything. Though there are many steps in the process it only takes a couple of minutes. I went through the process twice with no results. I was beginning to think that the product was defective. However on the third attempt I was successful. It was my error somehow. The only problem I have is the button on the remote for the automatic rear side door does not activate the door. Could be my failing I don’t know but I do not care. I rarely used that feature so it’s not important to me. Overall for the cost the dealer wanted to charge I am more than happy to be able to remotely lock/unlock my doors again.

Worked for doors, Not for hutch, still a great value - Sequoia
Here's the rundown:Programming: For it to work with the 2008 - current Sequoia, you MUST call a locksmith or take it to the dealership for programming. There are no viable online instructions. Locksmith charges $80, dealership charges $89. I went with the dealership to make me feel better. For $9, it was worth my peace of mind. I deducted one star because it did not say anywhere that you must call a locksmith for a Sequoia.Net: The dealer was able to program doors but not the hutch and as expected blamed the aftermarket supplier. The OEM fob was $130, this was $20 so for the savings, its worth the inconvenience of not having the auto hutch.Hopefully will last a while.

Works like original
Works like the original. Quality seems to be very good, but have only just received it.The website let's you quickly find the directions for programming.I saw a review saying how hard they are to program, but that is not due to the remote, that is how the car maker does it. A lot of steps, but follow it and it works. It is nice the website can find your car and give you the instructions.

Smooth Programming
Programmed and used for over a month now with no problems for my 2004 Toyota Sienna. The programming directions looked a little scary at first glance, e.g., opening and closing doors and inserting/removing keys with time limits between steps (5 to 40 seconds). I envisioned running around the outside of my car opening and closing various doors and lift gates and making the neighbors think I had gone nuts. Upon actually reading the directions in detail, I found out that all actions could be performed while sitting in the driver's seat. The time limits were therefore not a problem. Programming worked first time.
