this is my favorite crochet hook brand & i’m copy and pasting this on all of the reviews because every single one of these tulip etimos, whether it be the red or rose ones, are so amazing and so comfortable in your hand. the glide of them is unreal and it is just… amazing. i put them in a cool pencil case i bought and they are just awesome. i cannot recommend these enough

By far my favorite hook that I have purchased. I am certainly going to finish the set. Very smooth and the handle is the perfect length for my hand. I have arthritis and there is just something about how the handle is designed that makes it very comfortable to use. Highly recommend.

Tulip hooks are always great quality! I love the color of this hook and it’s easy to see when using darker yarn. Glides along the yarn like cutting butter. The size is as it should be. Very easy to crochet with and would highly recommend Tulip Etimo hooks to any crocheter.

I’ve bought several Tulip Etimo red crochet hooks to try and they are the best hooks I’ve ever used. I can crochet for an hour or two without fatigue or pain they are so comfortable to hold. They go thru yarn like it’s butter and there is no drag. They are expensive but so worth the money.

I've owned a complete set of Tulip Etimo crochet hooks for several years. It was the best crochet investment I've made and worth every cent. So naturally, my dogs have chosen them as (expensive) chew toys. I needed to replace two of them, but only found the 6mm/US J in the newer red and pink colors. I ordered one of each to see what was different and now I finally know! It's the metal color and the polymer in the handles. Both the red and the pink handles have a "stickier" grip than the gray. The pink has a silvery metal throat and the red throat is red-toned. While the Pink's silver throat is still shiny, the Red's red metal does not create the glare that most owners of the gray ones complained about. So more grip, less glare. And that's it! Mystery solved. And between the two, I'm keeping the red one...and all my other grays because I can live with the glare, but I can't afford to replace the entire set!

Smooth to work with glides through the yarn. Very lightweight and ergonomic. Amazing quality. Will definitely be buying more of these hooks.

Tulip hooks are by far the best hooks I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. The length and grip are perfect, they don’t sit on the arthritic parts of my hand. The shaft is smooth and the satin finish allows yarn of all types to glide effortlessly over as you create stitches. The colour is an added bonus. If you crochet a lot you really deserve top notch hooks, so I recommend grabbing one of these or a slightly cheaper ☘️ when on special and trying them for yourself. Then ask Father Christmas to put a set in your stocking 😉

Tulip hooks never disappointed! Pricey but much worth the money. I prefer these to crochet macrame cord due to its coating which makes the macrame cord slide much easier. Etimo red are the most comfortable hooks to use for me so far and are of great quality. One thing to keep in mind regarding this specific product is that the product images show the Etimo Red 6mm hook but title and description says silver, rest assured that this is indeed the etimo red and the colour description on the title and product info is wrongly marked as silver
