Works as intended.
Gives me he ability to track my strength growth as I progress through my physical therapy. Also, always great fun at any gathering for kids and adults to compare their grip strength!

Works as you'd think
Works like it should. I got it to test my grip prior to and after carple tunnel surgery. I lost alot of grip strength in my right hand and managed 199lbs, had surgery last week and I'm up to 75lbs already. My entire intent for this was to monitor my progress, praying I get my hand strength back to normal. I use my hands quite a bit to wrench on cars and grip strength is very important to me.My only concern is this thing creeks a bit when I was testing my grip prior to surgery. I felt like it may break, but it didn't.

Took this bad boy to work, and nothing got done that day. Turned into a contest really quick

Inexpensive compared to the others. Not sure how accurate it is.
I read some research on how hand grip exercises can help with blood pressure. So I've been doing 30% max strength for 2 minutes each hand, alternating for a total of 3 times each. - doing this 3 times a week. Not sure how accurate the gauge is. But I can tell you it worked out of the box.Whether it'll help with blood pressure or if the strength readings are even remotely accurate - I couldn't tell you.

How strong are steel mill guys?
I purchased this for the sole purpose to trash talk the guys at work.. just to see who had the strongest hands. Definitely worth the money..

Fun gadget!
This was a total ADHD influenced purchase lol!. I used to always use handgrips as a fidget toy growing up, so I got quite strong arms and a unusually powerful grip (at least for my build) I recently bought some 65kg grips and got back into it. I’ve only just started again but it’s nice to be able to track my progress as I get stronger and win bets against unsuspecting friends lol.
