I got my product on time and followed instructions. The milk fermented all right. However, the grains did not grow, instead they kept disintegrating. I ordered a fresh batch of kefir grains from the Live Kefir Company.

Easy way to create the best prebiotic for your gut health .One thing beware that before you can actually make a kefir is to soak the grains first for at least 24hrs then use milk for kefir .Follow instructions and you will end up with amazing kefir within 48hrs

The jar and filter system is really good, makes the process of fermenting and straining less hassle.The grains provided are not suitable for this system tho, they are too small and pass through even the finer filter.It's a shame because the kefir they make is excellent, but you will need to strain through a sieve.

This is really good kit for making kefir. The lid strains the kefir really well without losing the grains and also useful to have the cover to keep flies out but let air in. There's a useful device for scrapping grains from the lid post straining.I got the dehydrated kefir grains and as it was warm in my kitchen they were ready to use in 5 days and I've successfully made a few batches of kefir already
