I love this supplement! I was giving my son miralax at the encouragement of our pediatrician but I hated the ingredients in it and worried about the long term effects. Our son is a picky eater and was having a hard time going to the bathroom after switching to all solid foods. this literally changed my kids constipation issues!!! it took 2 weeks to notice a difference but man when we hit week 2 my kids who only pooped once a week to once every 10 days started pooping every other day with no crying. I truly cannot speak highly enough about this product. I just mix it in my kids drink and they never say anything so I’m assuming it tastes fine. I also love the ingredients for this product. So happy I found them!

You have to tweak the dosage, the product works great. Follow instructions.

My 6 year old autistic child has a limited diet and needed something that would help regulate his digestive system. He was having lots of constipation and within 2-3 days of consistently using this plus adding a probiotic powder once a day he started going regularly!

My very picky child didn't like it, unfortunately. It's not bad to me but the orange flavor has a synthetic quality - so if your child does not like sunny D / Tang or flavor profiles like that (but does like real orange juice) this might not work for a super picky child. Will keep looking for a fiber supplement that my child will actually eat regularly. Thanks!

This was recommended by a Gastroenterologist for my 2 yr old who was having constipation issues. I placed a cap full with her juice and she did not taste any difference. And it definitely helped with her constipation. It made her stool softer.
