Esschert Design USA TG121 Cast Iron Wall Mount Hose Holder

I'm pleased with my purchase. It's really nice and very structurally solid. Fits in wonderfully with my vintage rustic backyard landscape. I like it so well that I'm going to order another one.

Comes in pieces but it’s very easy to put together. Just mount the back piece first or your going to take it back apart. I’d recommend painting it or sealing it.

Just one clarification, this is not wrought iron, it is cast iron, and obviously so. The casting flash is quite evident on this piece. However, it still looks pretty good. Would I ever buy this at the MSRP? No way, it's not worth that. I'm even a bit skeptical of the value at the price I paid (60% of msrp). I was really expecting a single cast piece, but this holder was delivered as a poorly assembled version. I had found others for less money, but decided to go with this one because of the very positive reviews. It's 5 main pieces held "loosely" together by Phillips screws. I had to tighten them down immediately upon receiving the item. It also does not come with hardware, which I expected and was prepared for. It may seem that I'm getting picky, but you can buy aluminum versions of this thing for a lot less, so I just expected more. Are the aluminum ones better? I don't know, but I do know that it is just about impossible to find really nice hose holders and don't even start me on decent hose reels. This one will do for now and we'll so how long it lasts.

It's lovely, just as described, it's definitely 5 lbs, so fairly hearty. Rustic appearance and unique design. Did not come with hardware to hang it, but I didn't expect it and probably wouldn't have used any screws they would send as I need anchors to attach to stucco wall. Has two pre-drilled holes to use to attach to what ever hardware you need according to what you're hanging it on. I only needed a small hose holder as I'm using only 15 or 20 feet of hose. This looks lovely and there's lots of extra room on it.The order was received quickly but received broken and not repairable. I called, they asked for photos, quickly sent a replacement and told me to dispose of the first.I've only had it outside for two weeks, so can't say how it will weather, but it's a lovely product and I had great customer service.

I have only just gotten this hose hanger, so I do not know the longevity of the product, but my first impressions are good. The hanger seems to be sturdy. It looks really nice. The only drawbacks are that it is not the same diameter as most hose hangers that I have had (just as the picture suggest). So I think that the hose does not hang normally in my opinion. Another thing is that it only has two anchor points which makes me worried that it will pull out of my wall eventually. Only time will tell.

The holder itself is great!!! But it did not come with mounting hardware. So you need to go and buy it? This is why I gave it a 4 star.

I use this to store my 100' hose in the garage in the winter. It's been mounted with some heavy duty bolts so it has stayed on the wall and, even with the heavy hose, it hasn't bent or shown any signs of stress. I've only had it one year so I hope the finish on it stays brown.

Perfect set-up , I'm using it on a patio with a heavy short hose. Love that it doesn't stick out very far from the house. Had purchased another that stuck out way to far, made for a larger length hose. I sprayed it with black paint to match my Victorian Wrought Iron fence. Looks great !

I bought this, not surprisingly, for my garden hose! It is beautifully made, really good quality, as with all the fallen fruits things I have bought. I was a bit worried about the sturdiness when attached to the wall but I used large wallplugs and screws and it is super secure now. I’m really happy with it but would have been great if screws and plugs had been supplied with the item. An end to tripping over my hose has been reached!

Takes a 40 metre hose easily!!! Needs to be quite high off the ground so that you can get nice big loops over it. Quick and easy to put up and fixed flat to the wall.
