Hyland's, Leg Cramps PM Tablets, Nighttime Formula, Natural Relief of Calf, Foot and Leg Cramps at Night, Quick Dissolving Tablets, 50 Count

This is the third time purchasing these cramp relief pills for my mother who has leg cramps at night. She has one pill set out by her bed each night and if she has a muscle that locks up, she’ll grab the pill and put it under her tongue. (Don’t chew!, dissolve under tongue). She is appreciative of this product’s effectiveness and if traveling , makes sure to take it along. Works as advertised for my mom.

I read a bad review years ago so I didn’t purchase this. Then my sister tried it and recommended it. I’ll have to say this works. Once cramping starts place one under your tongue and let it dissolve. Works within minutes or two. Great for those of us that experience rapid repetitious cramping. It is not a preventative that I know of for that first cramp but prevent further cramping that day once you take it.

I've been taking 2 or 3 of these under my tongue at night when I get the first twinge of a cramp. They help! If I need to I will take a couple more. They just melt under your tongue. They don't taste bad, but do have a slightly chaulk like consistency...but not terrible. And compared to leg cramps...I freely take these over any leg cramps

I love this product. I have been using it at night for about 6 months and it really seems so help with leg discomfort. Super Easy to use and you don't even need water. Doesn't really have a taste.

They seem to work for leg cramps.best to take when you feel one comming on or just as it is but they work for me

I have gotten painful nighttime leg cramps most of my adult life. This calms them in seconds. I don’t know how or why but they work. I get woken up randomly with severe cramps in calves, shins, quads, feet. I keep this on my night stand and am grateful for them.

I always have some by my bedside. Awesome to stop the muscle cramps. I continue buying this product

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted to try something similar to other natural tablets I have triedYes it contains more than another brand I like but the effectiveness is not the same, I find that I have to take more so even though the value is more it doesn’t have the same effects as the other brand I used. I will be going back to the other unless I find something else.
