Very very spicy
Very very spicy. Should reduce the chillies otherwise masala is tasty. We request to please reduce the spice and it will be a great mutton masala

Till now I tried multiple brands. But, ITC flavor is unique and so good.

Don't follow the packet instructions. go with what you already know.
Obviously, I should've used a pressure cooker. And it was in the back of my mind the entire time. But the packet instructions ask you to make it without any pressure cooker. And so I thought that it must be fine. But alas, the mutton was not nicely cooked. Definitely would recommend using a pressure cooker.
