I am a woodworker and I have to say this sandpaper is really nice. I was sanding in between coats of lacquer one day and a painter who was painting my house saw me sanding and offered me a piece of this stuff. I noticed an immediate difference in my result. This sand paper removed the material quickly and left a smooth surface. My next coat of lacquer laid down smooth and glossy thanks to the underlying sanding. It lasts a long time too. Lets face it, sanding by hand sucks but it is often necessary. Using this sand paper, you can get the job done in less time with less energy. When it comes to hand sanding, I will be reaching for the purple, it's worth every penny.

Highly recommended. This sandpaper lasts, cuts or tears where you want it to, and doesn't when you want it to be strong. Don't buy any other brand.

I ordered this sandpaper brand as I had bought another brand before and found it to be substandard to this brand. I am a musical instrument maker, and a good finish is essential. This is the best available product for my needs.

Very tough paper. Consistent grit. It is not bulletproof, but I am happy with this compared to cheap sandpaper which tears easily during use. Worth the extra money to avoid aggravation.

I'm restoring an old victorian house and use this in my process to remove the old coats of paint. I use the 100 and 150 grit. Works great.

I bought three different brands, including 3M, to see which did the best. Unfortunately, 3M was the best! I say unfortunately, because it's was the most expensive (lol). I guess you get what you pay for.
