Did the job
I purchased this item to seal a tiny leak from my towel radiator. I only needed a small amount of tape, which was easy to use, and so far, the leak appears to have sealed.

This seemed to be OK
Unfortunately it didn't work for me and was difficult to use in a confined space but I can see that it would be more effective if you had room to pull/stretch it round a pipe. It may well be useful to keep a roll in case of an emergency and could be successful in some cases.

Didn't work
The rolls arrived with no instruction on how to use. Having looked the product up on line, still no real clear instructions - I used the best I could. Didn't stick or stop the leak. Waste of money in my view

Excellent self-fusing tape designed to stick to itself
I have to wonder if some buyers don't realise that this tape is not sticky in the usual sense - so if you press a short length against a pipe, for example, it will not adhere. It's designed to self-fuse, so you must make sure it overlaps with itself when fitting it to a pipe or whatever the target object is. And when doing so, be sure to stretch the tape a little - this enhances the sticking and also means you need to use slightly less. In fact, it sticks to itself so well that using as short a length as possible is advisable - if it sticks to itself before being atttached to the target object, you may be able to unpick it and still use it, but this is not guaranteed.
