Mi pie mide 24.3 y compré 7.5 (24.5). Yo habitualmente soy 7 pero acá tuve que comprar 7.5, bajo la misma lógica deberías comprar 5.5. Pero si mal no recuerdo ellos tienen la tabla con los números y las medidas, te sugiero que lo valides ahí, porque pareciera que 7 para 23 cm es muy grande.

No arch support but a lot of super cushion under your foot. Like walking on clouds from Heaven. Ps. Converse usually run large, these are true to size.
