Hurts when you don’t make the jump and hit the box?

It definitely may hurt if you whack yourself on this or any piece of equipment. Plyometrics are higher-risk exercises. Even the most careful, thoughtful exercisers have accidents at plyometrics.

Can someone please post assembly instructions???

Found it quite easy (even if instructions were not included). I’d suggest the following steps: 1. Assemble the 20 inch and 30 inch panels first, leaving the large “yes4all panels for last. 2. Assemble the inner frame (3 pieces) making sure to align pre drilled holes. 3. Add larger panels and tighten all the screws. If needed you can use a rubber mallet to make sure all the pieces are snug. Tip: Avoid completely tightening the screws until the whole box is assembled.

Is the weight it can hold still 450lbs?

I purchased it based on manufacturer weight guidelines. I use it for client that are about 350lbs. No jumping of course, lots of sitting, planks, and squats. Had no issues with box. Over 400lbs, I would get the heavy duty foam/jump box.

How do I connect to the seller as I have not received any screws or other material needed to be able to assemble it...

Contact Amazon they should be able to email contact the seller. My box came with all the Allen screws and Allen key. Your screws were probably lost during shipping
