Simple to install. Fixed a known issues with Rainbird control unit module going bad.NO MOD 1 error and pulsating water pressure issue fixed.

Perfect fit
These days it is impossible to determine whether a product is from the original manufacturer or not. The module looks to be and fit perfectly. It replaces one that had last 15 years. Unfortunately, that probably is an indication that the other three can go defunct any time. It is difficult to know whether or not to replace parts or to junk the equipment and get a replacement... so far I opt for parts replacement.

Used to repair my Rainbird sprinkler system.

Easy, peasy...
Installation just as easy as it seems it would be - unlock the old module, move the wire for each zone to the new module, then lock in the new one.The controller immediately recognized the zones again.BTW, the error message I got on the controller prior to replacement was "NO MOD 2" - that's because the old module that was defective was installed in expansion slot #2 (zones 8,9, and 10).
