I heard them talk about this brand of probiotics on Ask Doctor Dawn. She is a functional medicine doctor who has a great podcast that is very informative. They reviewed another version of this same brand, but I bought this version for the feminine properties. I feel like it is helping even though I take my vitamins kind of sporadically. It is easy on the stomach and seems like it helped with some mild stomach issues so far. I always feel better when I am taking a prebiotic.

Other probiotics I’ve taken gave me horrible cramps like comparable to contractions but these were much more gentle on my stomach. Idk if they helped me though.

I am in that late perimenopausal phase where everything goes haywire and you start chasing your tail between UTIs and antibiotics and yeast infections or BV. I had tried many things previously, including Boric Acid, prebiotic inserts, other probiotics, Azos cranberry, many different kinds of D Mannose(with Hibiscus or Dandelion), and drinking water all day, but the UTIs kept coming. I don't remember how I came across this particular probiotic, but what a relief to find the product that works precisely as it says it will and you have proof that you are now protected from that insanely frustrating Merry Go Round ride, especially when you consider how much money your wasting in Probiotics that are being wiped out every time you have to take another antibiotic. I think we underestimate the power probiotics have in our body to ward off dis-eases in the colon, bladder and elsewhere. It's no coincidence these bacteria outnumber our cells by 10 to 1. I'm eternally grateful to Jarrows for this very straightforward product and being fortunate enough to find it and avoid what other women have gone through for years on end. If you have any recurring UTIs or BV, bombard yourself with these( I did 2 a day) until you can get a test result as shown. The proof is in the pudding as they say. Thank you so much, Jarrows!
