This is cute, the cloche dispenses 1 - 2 matches at a time, it keeps the matches dry. The glass seems quite thin, but it hasn't broken or chipped yet in 6 months, although I've only ever tipped it over once on a countertop. The matches that came with it ignite on the first strike, but they do throw a little spark of burning phosphorus each time - probably because the phosphorus tips are thicker than the standard matches from the grocery store.

Looks good. Decided to get the black matches. Great quality and stability. Functions well and easy to use. No issues so far.

I just gifted this to my niece today and it's honestly gorgeous in person. It really looks rich and elegant but also cool and kind of chic. She's a smoker and has lots of little smoking related knick knacks that will look great with this on her coffee table. The cork stays in place (which was my worry) and the glass is beautiful. We tried one out after she opened it and the strike part worked perfectly and the sulfur smelled great! Would really recommend. I purchased the black match one.

Someone bought me a very expensive cloche with black matches in it as a gift and my husband shattered it when he knocked it off the coffee table. I was super sad about it because I loved the look, but sense I used it mainly as decor, I didn't want to spend the money to replace it. I found this on Amazon for a good price and it's actually better! My husband has knocked it off the coffee table a few times and it hasn't broken. Also, because it wasn't ridiculously expensive, I don't feel bad using the matches every now and then when my electric lighter is out of battery.

Great way to display the matches for candles instead of having them lost in a drawer you never can find them when you need. And they are nice and long for the deeper candles!

I have wanted one of these for awhile, and well the price was just a little too much for me. I received this for Christmas and it is exactly what I hoped it would be. The glass isn't too thin. It works nicely and it looks really great. The product is 5* just wish the price was a little more reasonable.

The most beautiful way to store matches I've ever seen. No more random tin in a drawer somewhere for us. This is a conversation piece, it's practical, it's well-made, and it's large enough to store months worth of matches. So cool that it's re-ignited my interest in candles. I filled one with all-black matches for extra manliness and it looks even more amazing. If you know a cigar smoker, a candle burner, or someone with a fireplace, this would make a wonderful gift.

I really love ths decorative piece. It is used on the coffee table as more of a decorative statement piece. It looks fantastic! We'll worth the money
