Review: An easy basic hollandaise sauce. Love it! - It’s perfect flavor for me and will cover at least 6-8 eggs for Eggs Benedict. It is a good basic sauce that comes up a nice thick consistency. My mom tends to prefer it more seasoned and adds pepper and a dash of paprika and salt. My sister prefers it more lemony and grates a little lemon zest in it for use with fish. We have a high wattage microwave so I heat it in a Pyrex measuring pitcher…we do 1 minute on half heat or 5, take out and stir, and then 1 minute on 7. I always have one of these in the cupboard, they are so useful! Review: Awesome hollandaise sauce! - This is the absolute best sauce. Pricey but well worth it.

Geschmacklich eine der Besten
Früher habe ich mich gefragt wofür man diese Art Soßen überhaupt gebrauchen kann. Seit gut 1 Jahr ist bei uns aber eine HLF eingezogen. Wenn man dann Lust hat, können Gemüse, Kartoffeln Nudeln u.s.w. noch etwas verändert werden.
