Works great and appears to be made well. Installation is easy. Has two plugs on the unit. One is on when the other is off so you can control something like a water heating system. I just use it for a disposal so I didn't use that piece.

Broke after a couple of years. Franke just slaps their sticker on a tecmark part and jacks up the price. Tecmark number is tecmark safpac17
