Could have a little wider stem on the gravity weight plate stem majiger but not a deal breaker and definitely a better quality than I expected. They come with 4 caribeners so you can keep the straps hanging amd just disconnect and go from one to the other. Buying two more sets for the others in my house because they come in my room so much to use them, I.am actually annoyed and tis the season. The fact that this is a duo pack that I couldn't find anywhere else was a plus. The balls themselves.. could've been less.. yellow. Color options would set this product apart from them all intself. Another downside.. We can manage a few pull-ups but the material is fairly slick, especially if your hands persperate alot as mine do. Gymnastic/ climbing chalk fixed that no prob and honestly probably encourages me to grip harder to compensate BUUUT a little more of like a matte finish or just rougher texture would be the cherry on the top for these. Not complaints, still a 5 star product imo. If Sylvester Stallone doesn't use this, I'm about to make him jealous.

My boyfriend is a powerlifter and him and his buddy love these. I can hear them in our home gym "I've never felt that part of my back get sore" - giddy as school kids. They like the ball grip and angle because they are different and they help target all those in-between muscles. Also, you can buy a fair amount of different grip types. All pieces are strong.They already have everything they need in the gym so I was pleasantly surprised to gift something so different and excitable to use in their lifting routines. He is using it all the time now.

Definitely good for reverse curls grip and ive used them a few times for pull ups but it always feels like its about to give out (hasn't so far but idk) dead hangs are fine its on the pull that you feel some give.

The hand grip strengthening item is very very durable. You can strengthen your grip with as much weight as you like. Also, it comes with hooks so you don’t have to worry about looking for extra hooks in the gym. I have been using it for workout at home and its been a helping me grow my grip strength.
