Best to order directly from Neom
Great scent, but the hand cream came with a scratched lid, marks on the tube and the barcode label wasn’t peelable. This was bought as a stocking filler (I know it’s October.. I’m shopping early to spread the cost), but due to the marks I won’t be using it for that now. A waste of money.

Looks half empty
Ordered this as a gift for a friend. It looks half empty as I hope the photos show. It arrived with a sticker on to say it was a new item but it looks like it’s already had half the lotion taken out. Very poor value and I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift. Is this level normal? Will be requesting a return

Hand cream disappointment
Bought these 2 items as a gift. The hand cream is so small I’m embarrassed to give it and when I held the container up to the light it is only half full.
