Great boat for the price
If you're like me and you're looking to get into RC boats but don't want to spend a lot of money this is a great starter boat very fast and very well made not a cheap kids one this is a great starter hobby boatI love that it has self righting so I dont have to go out and get it when it flips over and that it keeps to let you know when your getting out of range and when your battery is low all great features make driving it that much more fun when you don't have to go.Out onto the water and get it.

Fast and Fun
Boat has speed and handling is quick. Very fun boat. I have 2 batteries. Lil Water gets inside even without flipping the boat upside down. But it doesn’t cause any problems. Just have a little towel and wipe de inside after each battery. Overall is a fun boat with lots of speed.

Fun, Fast, Durable kind of ... lol
This boat is so freakin fast and turns on a dime. I live on a houseboat. I have ran full speed into my docks many times and this boat has survived. The steering is so super sensitive that it is easy to run into things if you are playing to close. I lost the cockpitcover on the second day.. I recommend taping it on and putting foam on it so it doesn'tsink. I crashed into my friends boat and the battery came loose and broke the water cooling line so it filled my boat up with water. I am having electrical issues but after it dried it will be fine. You can get all of the parts on this boat online but the delivery time is a month away. You can order extra batteries too. The battery plug is common so it is probable you can use other batteries but they will require a different charger. I just ordered a white one so my friends can play too.

Fun fast Boat charger Stinks
I have a smaller RC boat that says it goes 20mph well this one is definitely more than 10pm faster than it and is a blast to drive. My only complaint so far is the charger it comes with. It stopped working after charging the battery twice and when working is slow to charge up the battery. Recommend getting an after market charger. The boat itself seems great so far. Don’t think about driving this in a pool unless it is huge. This thing is Fast!!

This boat is incredible!! Worth everything.
Wow, I am so impressed by this boat for the speed and quality. It EASILY zips around water and is not effected by wind or small waves! It is perfect to be in a lake that is slightly bigger. Something that I am kind of annoyed about is the battery life. I took this out on the lake, a bit of wind, 4 inch waves, full throttle for 95% of the time and I got a pretty decent amount battery. Considering that you spend almost $200 on this fantastic machine, it is 100% worth getting another battery or 2. You can find one here on Amazon for about $25 dollars. Search, "11.1V 2500mAh battery" and it should be the first one to pop up. Overall, if you are looking for a fast, quality boat to enjoy, this one is it!

Bought and returned 2 Arrows, not durable
The media could not be loaded. I bought one of these for the river behind my house. It is FAST and worked well for about 2 batteries worth of time and then took a nose dive, hit the bottom, came back up, and the top cover was gone. Shortly thereafter, it randomly operated and then quit. I returned it and received another one which lasted a little longer until I lost rudder control and then it started randomly operating as well w/o the remote even being on. I changed all batteries, and tried everything. The hatch is not waterproof as water does get in, which may be the problem. I don't know, but I won't buy another one. The two I brought just aren't durable. You can see the random operation from the video with the controller not even being used.

Best "Hobby grade" entry boat -- ever
IMHO this is a terrific step-up from being a "toy". Brushless, 3s gets it done. I was very surprised that it easily did 30+MPH out of the box with a fast charge. Everything about this boat is first rate quality. Not a huge surprise as the company is related to the WLTOYS folks who make a ton of fast RC cars. As a side note, the WLTOYS website sells virtually every part of this boat, including bare hulls. There are also after market parts for this boat. The battery life is somewhat limited, depends on how fast you run it full speed; maybe 10 minutes tops. It does have an EC3 type battery plug that I have already replaced with a Dean's "T" plug. I already had 3s batteries I wanted to use. Do be cautious of this alteration as you don't want to push a high "C" rating on it's "stock" ESC. Yes, I am upgrading to a stronger ESC (80A,2-6s), radio (RadioLink RC4GS), and motor (D2842-2300kv,6s).A far as running goes, the steering servo needs a bit of damping down. Way too sensitive and difficult to make a smooth wide turn. But if you like a sharp turning boat, it does that almost too well. I haven't flipped it yet, so I'm not sure how well "self righting" works. The trim tabs on the rear of the boat are adjustable. Comes with a plastic prop (and a spare) but plenty of metal props are available, in all usual pitches.I really like this boat so much that I may move all my RC efforts into boats instead of cars. I'm that impressed. Really.

Great boat, maintenance is key!
The media could not be loaded. First off, this is a fun, sleek, and fast little boat. I have had it out a few times and it has run flawlessly.I made the video because I feel that a lot of the failures that have happened have been because of lack of maintenance. These RC boats need to have the flexible prop shafts lubricated before you run them (I never trust that they come lubricated). Furthermore, they need to have the prop shafts re-lubricated once for about every 20 minutes of run time, depending on your battery life and how heavy you are with the throttle, that can be as often as every run of the boat. For transparency, the instruction manual does not really mention this as part of regular maintenance. Keep up on the maintenance and you really shouldn’t have much problems with this boat. It’s brushless, and fairly quick and smooth running, and turns on a dime. The remote could be better, but it’s adequate for what it has to do. Lights would be a nice touch, and can be added if you like. It’s part of the hobby, get creative and have fun.
