Will melt
This will melt if you rappel or rock climb with it, I guess the treat the sheath with a plastic coating, which makes it great for tree climbing or acending but this thing gets hot when rappeling or belaying, and that tends to melt the treatment, still a great rope tho

Just do it
Good and bad news. Bad news is my wife said I can't buy anymore rope. Good news is this is the last rope I should need. Great for pulling trees and back leaning. Does well if left outside in rain. Def. Can put some tightness in this rope. I would say the description is exactly what your buying. Although it's a little stiff but it ties knots well that stiffness is because of the durability. Really not that bad. I wanna buy two more 100' but what she don't know won't hurt her . ;)

Great Fall Safety Line
I was able to build three continuous contact fall safety lines for the price of 1-1/2. with each roll. So if you have a half dozen or more tree stands this is a great saving. The cost included the 7mm line from the same supplier for the pursuit sliding knots.

Okay quality, too stretchy for a "static" rope, construction is like massively oversized paracord
The quality is decent. Construction is basically like a super oversized paracord: a braided sheath and then a bunch of individual twisted strands inside. The inner strands are not woven together (the company didn't claim they would be, so that's fine). Feels decent in your hand and knots relatively easily.I tested it by pulling a roughly 140ft section with 800lbs of tension using a come-a-long and crane scale. That's a bit under 1/4 the claimed rated 3500lb breaking strength. It held perfectly fine, but that 140ft section of rope stretched to 151ft as I tightened it, roughly 8% elongation. That's much stretchier than what a "static" rope would usually be. I think it was less stretchy after that initial strong pull stretched it out somewhat (didn't contract all the way back to 140ft), but it was still stretchier than what I was l wanting for a very tall rope swing. This rope is very inexpensive and probably fine for plenty of uses, but not really a static rigging rope. It also flattens/squishes pretty easily because of how the core is constructed (same as paracord does), so I don't think attaching a prussic to it would be a good idea, nor would using any other mechanical rope grabs. The sheath would probably pull off quite easily. Probably also knots would be difficult to undo once pulled very tight. It's not a bad rope, just not appropriate for more demanding uses.
