I've been eating this since for almost as long as they've been selling it.
The first Dairy-free spread that I came across that was an ok butter substitute was Pure, but its price rose unreasonably so I switched to Vitalite and have been spreading it on my toast ever since. My daughter, who enjoys butter, is quite happy to eat Vitalite when she stays with me. I also use it instead of butter when I'm baking. My only problem with it is it seems to have a high water content because mixtures become much more liquid than when I used butter, but the cakes come out ok and everyone enjoys them, so if you want a non-dairy spread Vitalite is certainly worth a try.
