I bought this item to replace one I had bought years ago and which broke (exuberant granddaughter, not a flaw). It's an exact replica, nice and bright, sturdy enough, and fairly priced. It arrived a few days sooner than anticipated, and I'm quite pleased with the purchase.

Nice idea, not well executed.
I really liked the colors and tropical look of this item. I did not like the unfinished base. When viewed from below, as this item hangs above head height, the unfinished base appears cheaply made and tawdry.
