Great for ankle support and to prevent chafing and blisters. I add them over my hiking socks. They protect my feet well. The fit is tight so choose the size carefully. Only downside is they pill and look bobbly and ugly after a few months.

Very soft and stretchy, but sadly doesn't feel like it's providing me much support to my sprained ankle. I'm a UK size 6.5 and bought the medium.

I had an injury 3 years ago which never seemed to heal properly, I wore this to help me get back on my feet with some support and it gave me the confidence to do so. Almost fully healed now and I can put some of the credit to this! Great quality, value for money, thick material (not overly tight), has lasted well, very comfortable.
