Excellent product, when first start taking it had an immediate effect on my sleeping pattern as slept soundly. Awaked ready for my day and active. Found i needed to drink more water as could of become constipated so regulated with 1 tab every other day as a high strength, as this was my bodies requirements, but drinking more water is not a bad thing. Apart from that i found it easy to take and the benefits to my skin has definitely seen an improvement, in texture and firmness. Hair grows faster too, as noticed have to do my ablutions my frequently. As for my mood smiling a lot more and i don't sweat the small stuff that used to grind my gears, and life has a tra-la-la-la essence to it which it fabulous. Don't know about the libido thing as female, but have found myself looking at young handsome men, which is making me smile. Highly recommend.

Experiencing a lot of short-term anxiety, depression and stress while being unemployed during the cost of living crisis. Didn’t want to go back on antidepressants due to weight gain/side effects. Bought these and noticed my mood started to improved in only 3 days. A week later I felt noticeably less worried! Of course the stressors are still there but coping much better. Expensive but worth it!Have heard they shouldn’t be used long-term / breaks need to be taken from them.

I bought these in the hope of calming anxiety and getting a better night's sleep. After taking 3 capsules a day for 65 days I feel in a position to give an informed opinion on their effectiveness:Firstly the 3 daily tablets are well tolerated, I didn't have any digestive issues as reported on some other reviews.As regards anxiety I started to feel beneficial effects after nearly four weeks, and that has continued to improve over the following weeks. To clarify, they haven't got rid of the causes of the anxiety, but my attitude to the anxiety has calmed to a more 'acceptable' level.Sleep has also improved, but this took even longer to kick in, after about six weeks. I still wake up in the night, but it is around 5 or 6am whereas before it used to be 3 or 4am, therefore I now have longer periods of unbroken sleep.I will certainly be buying these again, for me the modest improvements have been worth the cost of the product and I hope with continued use they will provide further benefit.

These make me feel calmer and more able to face the world and its challenges. As they calm me a bit, they also help me not feel too anxious and therefore aid my sleep. I take these tablets in the morning.

Scepticism at these products, but this actually worked,still broken sleep but a better sleep,does everything it says and more , recommended to a female friend and seemingly no more hot flushes! I would try it nothing to lose
