I'm only on the second day of these ashwaganda's. These are really good I felt them kick in straight away. I needed a boost of energy, they worked well and I have to say they are strong and they do what they say they do, I have actually found something for stress, anxiety and tiredness very happy with the purchase! 🙂

Ashwagandha appears to have improved my sleep quality in the past 6 months, but can be quite expensive, so I opted for these mainly based on price for the equivalent dose. My previous dosage was in capsule form but these are solid pills, but I find them as easy to swallow, so all good and my sleep is still improved.

This works for mild cases of stress/anxiety. Price keeps going up, so it's time to change to another brand.

Today for example, I was feeling anxious, negative thoughts, thinking the worst, getting stressed, the usual... having to take deep breaths occasionally to feel calmer. I took one of these, nothing happened for over an hour... then suddenly as I was driving I started yawning uncontrolably... for no apparent reason. I hadn't just eaten... it just came on. But not in a way that meant I needed to sleep. I still felt alert. I felt a calmness come over me. Subtle, but it was there... and it began to build until it was obvious.I was driving, a van driver was so far up my backside trying to put pressure on me, despite me sitting at the speed limit on cruise control... normally I'd feel my blood boiling and have to talk myself out of stopping the traffic to get out the car to him.. it's not worth it... if you get out to him it'll end up a fight, then half of Fakebook will know within 10 minutes, because the smart phones will be filming it... just ignore him, he'll be gone in a minute or so anyway. It's a waste of energy etc... these are the thoughts I need to think to stop me exploding at people like that.But this time? Not a feck was given. I had run out of fecks to give, I was placing my fecks elsewhere. I started to wonder why I didn't care... then I remembered I had taken one of these Ashwagandha's.So do they work... it certainly seems so to me.

Taking these after doing research on Google after it saying it helps with sleep and naturally boosting test levels to help build muscle.Only 2 days in so way too early to tell but I can say second day in a row ( and it could be a placebo effect) but 10 mins after digesting before bed I got a mini high and feel super relaxed and slept really well last night.Will see if there's any significant strength gains after 3 weeks and report back.

Only just started taking them. I've had 2 each day although it does say 1. I'm tracking my heartbeat and will start checking my blood sugar. But I have noticed that I haven't felt hot... Usually when I eat anything or take medication I seem to burn all over. Not a hot flush or a sweat but just a woosh of heat especially on my abdomen and legs. I also don't have as much pain in my hands and wrists but that could be because I'm out of a flare up. I will come back and update in a few weeks but I'm holding out hope that they work.Easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Very small tablet.Bottle came sealed. Great do far
