I think it's like 8-12. But this is not a good deck, there are a couple decent cards, but the deck overall is very weak.

Does it includes a code to play it in magic arena?

No, most of these cards are not available on arena and the "Commander" format is not on arena (Brawl, is but is different).

Whats with the trans non-binary art on the commander...?? what happened to mtg!??

It's evolving into something cooler...if such a thing is possible :) Though the powers of this particular commander aren't massively spectacular, I think it works for a newer player out of the box. Akiri or Rograkh / Ardenn would be stronger
