It helped my dad's energy level with him being 70 yrs old. I do weight train myself but I want to get all of my gains from my will power and emotions. He had to stop taking it for about a week due to medication change and his energy level went down. But as soon as he started taking it again his energy level went back up. A priceless gift is a son being able to help his father. My dad doesn't go to the gym at all. I would only take this supplement if my doctor told me to for my a1c level. Otherwise not for me personally.

Works well if macro dosed.

The product does not mix well. It gets jelly and clumpy. The taste is terrible. I have noticed improved digestion and gives a slight energy boost. I will update my review in 3 months.

I feel great and definitely notice it. I started at the recommended dose 3 times daily and increased as desired. Lot's of people are haters of the stuff. My experience has been positive. Tastes awful though.

Just wanna start off by saying when I purchased this product it was 12$ Then it was sold out now it’s 43$... cmon first get valid reviews & results before bumping the price. Second I’ve been on it for over a month & haven’t felt anything nor broken any PRs this definitely either takes a while to kick in or could all just be a placebo. Overall it’s made me more discipline but I think that was just me trying be more consistent to see maximum results. I have now started my cutting phase & still will be on it so I’ll update you guys if I see any strength retention or what not

Good supplement to add to shakes

Worked great

I've only been using it for 15 days, and do not notice any change in muscle mass or stamina yet. The taste is horrible, but, if I down it quickly and then drink something that tastes good, it is tolerable.
