I'm very impressed and surprised by how much I actually love this Gel. It tastes great and is very mild, but cleans my mouth and freshens my breath nicely. Very effective. So glad I decided to stop using Floride toothpaste. I hated the brand I was using with Stevia in it--had such a bad aftertaste. Weleda is Wonderful. Thank you.

My children love this toothpaste. We've been using it during the first 5-6 years when they're not great about not swallowing toothpaste and I prefer they don't swallow fluoride. They like the gel consistency and the minty flavor. I love that it doesn't taste like candy or fruit. The tube lasts a long time. This last (4th or 5th) purchase the toothpaste tasted differently, like fennel, even though the package still states "spearmint". The gel is also white, rather than the usual pinkish red color. Thankfully, my child likes the fennel flavor but I wanted to mention this in case it makes a difference. I don't know if the flavor change reflects an intentional reformulation or an erroneous production run. Overall, I love the product for its clean all natural ingredient list and my kids have lived it true the texture and flavor.

Gets your teeth very clean without any obnoxious mint flavor. If you LOVE licorice this is a mild licorice flavor. It's a dense toothpaste that doesn't foam up your mouth like traditional toothpastes.

If you are trying to avoid toxins in toothpaste but don't want to make your own, this is a good options. It doesn't foam up like regular toothpaste which takes a bit of getting used to. The taste is decent (better than baking soda types but not as good as regular mint gel toothpaste). The gel looks kind of dark pinkish. The tube is metal which is great and even though this stuff isn't cheap, I am finding it lasts longer since you don't seem to need to use as much as with other pastes (like T of Maine). It gets 4 stars since the taste really could be a bit better but overall it's a good product that leaves your teeth feeling clean and I will buy it again.

Used this years ago. This is effective, however the color and ingredients have changed substantially. A significant drawback is what is spat out. Every time, it looks as if it’s blood-tinged and my gums are bleeding. Would never buy again.

Good stuff. Gets my teeth clean and freshens breath without artificial flavors or sweeteners.
