One person can assemble, but easier with 2.
I absolutely love the product! It is exactly what I needed. It rolls easily over carpeting and hard floors. The finish is beautiful. The drawer and slide out shelf work smoothly. I gave it an all over 5 star rating because once you have it together it is really, really nice! However, the assembly is a bit of a challenge. I read a previous review about it and found the same issues. However, I have put together so many furniture products that I knew I could handle it. I am a 74 year old woman with arthritis in hands and spine and I was able to do it myself. The problems:1. Some of the parts look very much alike. The differences are hard to see right away. Although the directions have pictures associated with each piece they are too small and the print is blurred in areas. You have to struggle to locate the particular thing that tells you what piece it is and if it is left or right. I took each piece out and lined them up against the wall. There were not stickers on them to tell you whether it was piece A, B, C etc. So as I identified each piece I put a sticky note on it with the item's letter. (Thank you previous customer for warning about this!)2. The illustrations in the directions are too small and the details are hard to see. Also, some of the directional marks in the drawings are not too clear and awkwardly drawn. If you have done this before, you'll easily figure it out. The screws go in fairly easily although for me it is always a challenge to do so much with an Allen Wrench. It's small and you have to wiggle it into the hole to get it to bite. The other screws go in easily with a Phillips head.3. I'm a patient person and willing to fumble around to balance things to get all the initial pieces together. If you're not patient, then have a second person around to hold the parts close to one another while you use the tools. That should take about an hour off the time needed to put it together. It took me about 2 and a half hours.....I went slowly to be sure I made no errors.I'm glad I bought it. It's a lovely little piece, very sturdy, very attractive, and my printer will love having it as it's new home! I love the finish! It's easy to wipe clean! In my pictures, please excuse the mess in the background....those are all the packing materials.....which, by the way, it was extremely well packaged!!!!

Sturdy and good looking
I can’t comment on ease of assembly as I had someone else do it. It seemed difficult for a non handy person but once assembled it exceeded my expectations. The unit is very strong, particularly the shelving, the wheels work perfectly and the bottom drawer is really roomy. It just looks great as well, not cheap looking like many other similar units. I have a 21 inch TV on top, a DVD/VCR/Player recorder and a small cable box in the middle and the bottom drawer can hold many tapes and dvds. It’s perfect and the finish is stunning.I would recommend this to anyone but with the advice to let a skilled handy man do the assembly. You will have no headaches and the finished product is worthy the extra service cost.

A Value Buy, But Requires Patient Assembly
The package arrived on time and in good condition. The mailman was able to leave this on my doorstep, about 50 feet from the curb. There is no indication which side should have been used to open the package, but that didn't matter.Based on other reviews, I did a thorough inventory of the package contents. Everything was included. The directions have no words, but neither does IKEA. My biggest problem was the hex wrench included which did not fit the screw heads, or required a push to get the wrench into the slot. I've always assumed it was impossible to strip the head of a hex screw, but I nearly succeeded. Were is not for the ratchet screwdriver I keep available for such duty, I'm not certain I would have ever been confident the thing would hold together. Total assembly time, including the time it took to take the parts out of the package, struggle with the included hex wrench. and figure out I needed an alternative, was about two hours. The back of the bottom drawer and the sides have slide in panels. The fit isn't perfect, but I was able to get everything aligned. The slide out shelf fit very well and without the trouble I've noted in other reviews. I will check every screw in a couple of weeks for the final tightening.Currently, this stand is accommodating and HP color 4in1, three full reams of 20lb paper and several partial reams. The drawer is being used for storing a box of 500 #10 envelopes. The bottom drawer has a bit of trouble going back in, but I attribute that to being on carpet.Construction is wood, but only the top braces are solid wood. Better than particle board, and for this price point, not surprising. I have thirty year old shelves of similar construction with no complaints. It looks good in my office and provides needed storage for a good amount of paper and other stationery supplies.A solid 5-star product that suffers from difficulties in assembly, There is a good work around for any problem, but if the wrench is provided, it should fit the screw heads. If the wrench had fit, this would have been 5-star territory.

Great quality for the price! Sturdy and flexible side work table for my home office
TIP: Some reviews mention difficulty putting together this table. I labeled each part first with a Post-It that had the part name and part letter. This made it so much easier to assemble and to feel more confident I had the right pieces. I was able to put it together on my own although the first step would be a bit simpler with help.Although I'm not using this table as a printer stand, it's exactly what I wanted as a flexible side table to my office desk. This table gives me extra working space as well as handy storage. The pull-out keyboard tray is great for a second client laptop or another device. And, it's easy to move it out of the way when needed.I'm impressed by the quality of the table as most of the parts are solid wood vs. cheap particleboard which is common with this price level of assemble yourself furniture. The table is sturdy and looks great.
