Worked great, came with mounting hardware.

So far good
The alarm is loud, can be heard when it goes off. Used to hook up to a sump pump as an alarm if the pump doesn't kick on. Alarm s located in basement and can be heard on main floor which is just what we wanted. Hopefully it will last a long time!
