I'm happy to do a review for this cold shoulder pack and support. My order came in less than 24 hours. This ice pack isn't as heavy like some gel pack types. It's actually very comfortable, soft and extremely easy to put on. It provided comfortable cold to my left shoulder, shoulder blade too, which helped my cervical spine a bit. It can be one on Issa shoulder. I put it on right out of the box because it was already cold from sitting outside in 38° weather. It would provide a lot more cold once I have it in the freezer for a while. It fits me perfectly, and I wear a woman's size large top, if that helps anyone. I measured it from tip to tip, and it's 43 inches. And this cold pack comes with a sturdy Ziploc type bag, For sanitary storage. The price is great and the product is perfect. Mohammed thing, it doesn't say that you can put it in the microwave for a hot compress. It just says cold therapy.

Easy to use and effective relief. Just wrap around your sore ankle and youwill get cooling relief. Works great!

This product is perfect for a family member's recovery from wisdom teeth extraction. It fits well thanks to the curved bottom (shaped for the neck) and velcro wrap on the head, perfectly positioning the pockets with the ice packs right by the extraction site. It's easy enough to put on and off that it can be done while the patient is sleeping. Quality is good and frankly, not needed for many days anyway. For <$10, even if it works for a day or two, it handles your main time of need. The one star deduction is the two hour time frame for these to get cold and the short length of time they stay cold. Post surgery instructions are on for 20m, off for 30m. Even with a total of four inserts (enough for one on each side two times), you don't have a two hour window to have them in the freezer. So it'd be great if there was a version that came with eight inserts instead of four. Until then, I recommend buying this product and getting some small separate inserts to put in while these get cold again.

Fits great and holds the freeze for about an hour. Thick enough. You can move in it while wearing, the Velcro is strong

Works great i definitely recommend this if you are having dental work. Definitely nice being able to swap the ice packs. Also a good price for this product. The thin cloth layer help protect your skin while also not taking to much of the cold away.

While it works great as an ice pack, the shin splits/calf one doesn't match the picture at all. The picture shows that it covers the whole front shin area or about 90% of the area from bottom up, but they actually only cover about 60% of the front shin area. These gel ice packs are also not flexible at all when used frozen and don't mould or contour to the shin area like the picture shows and description says they do. If you don't care about your whole shin area being covered, and are okay with about 50% area coverage and don't care about the gel pack comforming around your shin area, then get these. If you where expecting it to look just like the picture, be prepared to be disappointed. On a good note, they stay cold for a whole 20+ minutes and do work well anyway.

Well made, very soft and comfortable. Problem for me is that it is sized for a MUCH larger chest and arm. I am not sure if I will return or adapt it.

Fits great and works perfectly! I love having the extra inserts so I can just slip the second set into the headband every 30 minutes between icing. Also love that the inserts cool down within 30 minutes so you don’t have to be super cognizant and when you put them in, when they warm up it’s time to take them off!
