I got a pre-delivery email with care instructions, which was nice. Really good brushes - you can get cheaper I guess, but these haven't shed a single hair using acrylic paint, and there's a great range of sizes in this pack. I'm really happy with my purchase

These paintbrushes are really good quality considering the price.My 1 inch brush has a slight fault (the brush was split in the middle), but the company has rectified this straight away.I have used several of the brushes and I haven't seen any loose hairs falling into the paint/canvas or models.They are light and ergonomic to use.The brushes also come in a fabric wrap for easy storage and transport.5 stars!

I brought this paint brush set and it is great value for money. There is a lovely variety of different size brushes. The bristles are soft and shaped well.The brushes come in a nice canvas wrap to keep them all together and the fact that it is washable is great.I tried them put on a oil painting and they were really easy to clean and didn't seem to soak up as much paint as other brushes I have used, which is great and saves on wastage!My first set of brushes arrived and a couple of the brushes were damaged in transit, however I contacted the seller and received very prompt Customer Service and a replacement straight away. I was very happy with both the product and the service from the suppliers.

I cannot praise this supplier enough. The first set arrived on a Saturday and used as a birthday gift on the Monday. Upon use we noticed quite a few bristles coming away from the 1" brush. I email the supplier on the Tuesday (I wasn't sure if this was expected with first use) and they immediately said that some bristles yes, but not "a lot". They immediately dispatched another set which arrived on the Wednesday. The 2nd set seems fine. Firstly, the condition of the brushes isn't the fault of the supplier. The item is double wrapped (box and clear film) so there is no way for quality checks before despatch, but the speed in which they resolved the issue, 5 stars - thank you.

After washing a couple of the paintbrush heads came off.
