Herb Pharm Liver Health Herbal Formula for Liver and Gallbladder Support - 1 Ounce

I have been overweight for 6 years and have been eating kale and vegetable broth. It has been beyond frustrating. I gained weight thru a very stressful time at a past job and could not get it off no matter the calorie restrictions and exercise. I did a 9 week cleanse 3 months ago- I usually do a 6 week cleanse each year but do not lose weight - but this year I did it with herb pharm and lost 16 lbs. Each day I would incorporate a fat in my diet - like guacamole- so that the fat could transfer the toxins from the liver to the gallbladder. I also focused on foods good for the liver and avoided those that are hard on the liver - try Pinterest. I took out processed foods, wheat, salt, added sugar, carbs, dairy, transfat and saturated fats - typically what I do is eat clean foods - the real deal - like fresh vegetables, tofu, miso soup, apple cider vinegar, lots of fresh garlic and ginger and protein shakes. Usually I stop coffee but it is good for the liver so I kept it in:) I like the taste and feel like everyone can use a liver cleanse even those of us that do not consume alcohol. It was more satisfying and I slowly bring foods back in over 6 weeks. I took the cleanse 2x day. If you are struggling with weight loss the liver has over 500 functions and important in helping the metabolism to function appropriately. Very good. I would like to write more but Amazon keeps removing the positive reviews written for supplements and herbs. I'm not sure what the problem is. This is a great product.

This product is amazing if you suffer from gallbladder inflammation or gallstones. I take this on an empty stomach and I'm pain free. I will say though, that this product works best if you're already eating clean (mostly raw foods), I feel that the herbs dig deeper when eating high alkaline foods (fruits and veg). I definitely recommend this to anyone who has liver/gallbladder issues. This tincture combined with a good healthy diet will have you on your way to better health.

This product has helped my cleanse my liver and clear up acne, produce more bile and not feel so sluggish!! I really do feel more energetic but it seemed to only last a month and a half, that's why only 4 stars. I take this product because I think it will help my body process my hormones better as they too flow through the liver. First month and I am already noticing a difference. :)

I use this every morning in my lemon water or tea. It's one of the few tinctures I use daily, and I find that it makes me feel less bloated overall, but I'm not sure if that is what it is meant to do.

1st...thing is I do not have a gall bladder.So thought I would do a system by system detox. I don't drink Alcohol,...but I figure My liver gets no help from extra bile as that was removed. So...here WE go!Not going to lie,....I feel like he'll! Joint and muscle aches,nausea and major sinus congestion/sneezing 🤧Which doesn't surprise ME, as I react to just about everything. Many meds and especially antibiotics I CAN NOT Take.So.....wish Me success!! I will check back in in a week? Or 2.....
