I gave this to a friend of mine and he loved it. I have to admit the concept is a little odd. A small box that does nothing but turn itself off? It reminds me of a girl I used to date. However it was a huge hit and completely worth the price.

This thing is totally useless. And yet... and yet... it's totally fun and I've bought three of them to give to different people and they all love it. So ridiculous. So worth it.

This is a cute knick-knack; just a silly little gift.I had to knock a star off because it comes wrapped in this brown adhesive paper which is pretty annoying to remove. If you do order one and find that you like the look of the paper, you might consider just leaving it on, because you do need a bit of patience to get it off. It would make more sense (since they put the paper on BEFORE assembling the box), to just send it to the customer NOT fully assembled, because you literally have to unscrew every screw to get the paper out from under them.I recommend, if you have one on hand, using a button magnet to hold the nut in place while you partially unscrew each one (it comes with a corresponding screwdriver, further adding to the pointlessness of it already being assembled). Also try to remove the paper all in one piece, it's more difficult if it tears off. You may need tweezers or something to scrape a corner of the paper up if you can't use your nail.As annoying as that was, I'm very satisfied with it.(P.S. you need two AAA batteries)

Junk. Falls apart. Can't tight screws and nuts or it won't operate. The door won't close if hardware is snug. Panels fall apart spontaneously because you can't tighten hardware and they didn't apply threadlocker. Also, they send it covered in a paper film that's a complete pain to remove. This is not a good product for the money. Lazy, cheap, too small, poorly built.

The media could not be loaded.  Useless box is really fun and I use it when I’m bored. It does take two AAA batteries in the robot inside works really fast. I did start taking off the brown paper to make it black.
