When I tell you this pot was worth every penny. Quality and thickness was great. It looks just like the pictures. It was much more bigger than expected and it gets the job done, no burning or sticking of food to the bottom, so you know it's very easy to clean.

Good size and very sturdy

I use it to cook blue crabs, shrimps, potatoes and sausage.

So, I have a really big family and we love our seafood! I was looking for the perfect pot for lobsters and crabs. I was talking to someone at the market, and they actually told me all about this, so I said let me give it a try. I was so pleased. It came packaged up nicely and it's unbelievably sturdy and strong. The handles on both the pot and strainer are perfectly sized for a good grip, which is important cause it's obviously going to be extremely heavy. I washed it after each use with a mild soap and it still looks brand new. I use it for soups also I make Spanish soups that I like to freeze up for my family so this is a great way to make a really good amount for a while. I definitely recommend this!

Quality pot & even heat distribution.

First let me state, I'm impressed with quality of pot for the price. The description and pictures nice but measurements need updating for steamer basket. The steamer basket feet are about 1.5 inches tall. I was expecting 3 inches, based upon the information provided. This leaves very little water space for actually using pot as crab pot steamer, Nothing is worst than a dry crab steamer pot. I decided to keep pot and compensate by increasing the steamer basket height. Other than the steamer feet being to short, this is a really nice pot.

This is for plucking chickens. I love it. It’s nice and big.

I have been using aluminum pots for crawfish and boiled peanuts. This pot is far superior - easier to clean and appears to cook faster than the aluminum. I highly recommend this product!
