I fall short of words to share my experience. Bought two. Loved it. Quite thick, made of pure cotton. Size is perfect. Provides good protection from the sun and heat. Have been wearing it every single day since I got it. I feel comfy wearing it throughout the day. Great product at this price.

Size M is 54 cmI bought this for hiking, because there seem to be no cotton hats for hiking.The only thing that's not cotton is the brim underside. It's non-woven polypropylene. The rest of it is cotton canvas.This hat, of course, lacks some features that a hiking hat has, but it's usable. Well worth the price (INR 349)It would be great if the manufacturer, Sambhav Cap Creations, started offering some hats specifically designed for hiking.Features needed:1. Colors (browns and greens). Not only do these look good outdoors, but also provide camouflage2. Chin Strap / cord. Prevents you from losing the hat in strong winds.

My head is big so I have trouble finding caps and hats that fit my head..ordered XL of this hat..fits perfectly, looks good, quality is also good..completely happy with the product

Product quality is excellent, price is a bit high, but information provided in the Amazon site lacks sizing details. As there is no way to understand what size corresponds to what girth of the hat, you are left to guessing. I, unfortunately, had to return because the size I ordered proved a bit smaller than a good fit. The return experience though is underwhelming. When the Amazon courier delivery boy came to pick up, it would have been reassuring had he given out some proof that he had picked up from us.
