LOVE the tablet, HATE how it connects to the keyboard!
Love the device! Came in excellent condition and packaging on time. As for my experience so far, I find that it has real problems with the touch screen and often- it just will not respond to actual finger touches, and if you want it to, you have to restart. The pen works on the screen every time though. I absolutely HATE how the keyboard connects to the tablet. It's very awkward and hard to get the tablet to snap in line to the connector pins in the keyboard. They could have made it more secure. The key board is not blue tooth, so it HAS to be connected physically to work. I hate trying to set the tablet in it's keyboard so much that I don't even use the keyboard, which is a horrible waste. I ended up getting another wireless USB keyboard. If its keyboard was blue tooth so I could use it without hooking them together, it would have been perfect. Other wise, I love using the tablet. I have 3ds Max, Unity 3d, Photoshop, and some other heavy software on it and it handles beautifully. Also love that it came with a screen protector already on the device and other nifty goodies.

Seriously impressed with it, PAINT TOOL SAI WORKS!
Bought this for my aspiring artist of a daughter. She's been using a Ugee M1000l for a couple of years and has been begging for a surface tablet for a while now. I was almost sold on the surface 3, but then this Mytrix caught my eye. After two solid days of reading everything the Internet has on it, I decided to go for it. I've only had it a few hours as of now, but this thing is amazing from what I can tell. It came with the updated Wacom drivers that allow the pen to pretty much work with any software. My daughter will only use paint tool Sai, so that's what I was worries about the whole time. It didn't work at first, took me about an hour to find the random surface pro 2 forum post that fixed it. TOO MAKE EASY PAINT TOOL SAI WORK WITH THIS TABLET, SIMPLY CHECK THE RESIZE ON HIGH DPI SETTING IN COMPATIBILITY SETTINGS. That's it, after that pressure and pen tracking are perfect, and the eraser works great and also has pressure sensitivity! I seriously can't explain how impressed I am with the Mytrx(labeled Cytrix). I don't have any issues with the keyboard, it wasn't a main selling point for me anyway since it will primarily be a drawing tablet. It snaps is pretty solid and hasn't given me any problems at all. The only problem with the tablet is that now I want one for myself!

High performance 2 in 1
I received my Cytrix Complex 11t (aka Cube I7 stylus with all extras included) recently and have been delighted with it so far.Pro's1 - Build quality: Great job on the metal chassis for both keyboard and tablet portions of this 2 in 1 convertible PC. It feels much more premium than I had expected. Keyboard keys are great for the size and it functions very well...trackpad excluded.2 - Performance: The Core M processor is very zippy and I have been impressed with how well it has handled multi-tasking, medium level gaming (at reduced settings of course) and other consumption3 - Screen quality: The 1080P screen is very nice with good color and brightness. Movies, pictures and games have all looked great.4 - Value: For the price, this is a fantastic PC and compares quite well against competitors priced over 50% higher. Including the stylus, keyboard/dock, OTG adapter, power adapters for multiple countries...Con's1 - Keyboard trackpad is functional...that's about it. It is very easy to register a tap or gesture unintentionally while simply typing causing grief. Although, I don't think anyone can expect more given the space that is available to work with at this size.2 - Documentation is non-existent outside of a basic manual pointing out some windows tips, and what all the ports etc are.3 - Wish there had been a 128GB storage option available as the 64GB fills up quickly. All in all a fantastic value and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Worth Every Penny // AMAZING Customer Support!!
First of all, it's been a YEAR since I've brought this tablet. And now I can safely say, without hesitation, it is worth every penny. For a budget price of under $500, you are getting a 1080p Full HD, Wacom powered tablet. It comes with stylus and keyboard, which for some tablets are optional, at an increase of price. I was able to use all of my drawing programs like Photoshop, Manga Studio (now Clip Studio Paint), and much more. It also comes with a screen protector, already applied! Now, here's the thing, in September (over 7 months later), I began to have problems with it. The whole having to jiggle the AC cord a certain way to get it to charge. I'm sure we've all had a problem like that, moreso on our phones, and our first thought is to replace the adapter. That's what I did, but after a few weeks (November), the same problem popped up, and eventually I couldn't get it to charge at all! SO, I was prepared to eat the cash I had spent on it and it would be an expensive paperweight. BUT I remembered in January 2017, I have a year warranty. Quickly I contacted uShopMall and they got back to me within hours, telling me to send it back in for a replacement.I shipped it out February 3rd, they received it by the 7th, and I contacted them on the 13th to check the status of my return. They said they will ship out the replacement, and here it is, 2 days later, the tablet is here, brand new! Currently it's updating to the current version of Windows (10 Anniversary Edition) and other than the updates it needs, it's just as good as the first. If I could give this product 6 stars for that customer support, I would! Trust me, the money is well spent on this!
