Pretty good, with an earthiness to it
I'm a big fan of Red Blend, given the range of flavors and smoothness. I decided to try something else (based on a coffee blog). The person raving about 1820 focused on smoothness. Well, it's definitely smooth. But it also has an earthiness to it. I like that, but it's not for everyone. I should have bought the whole beans (like I do with Red Blend) instead of this particular brand which is ground coffee. I think the value for the $ is fantastic, though. As a changeup, this is a nice coffee. Love how it goes with banana bread.

1820 Costa Rican coffee is the best.
This is one of the best Costa Rican coffee’s I have tried. When we were visiting we trued several brands and this one stood out. Highly recommend trying some!
