Works well for me, I have been using this off and on.

A really good all around multivitamin without the added iron. Perfect for someone with iron overload.

I think Metabolic Maintenance is a trustworthy, reputable company, so I believe these are made of high quality ingredients. However, I will not repurchase this vitamin. First off, it really made me feel sick. I know that's typical with multivitamins, but this was worse than others. I also prefer a single tablet, but the single tablet version of this was way too expensive. I've switched to a cheaper drugstore single-tab vitamin and, to be honest, I feel the same positive effects as I did from this vitamin, only with less nausea. Also, this is not the best choice for women of childbearing age (such as myself) who should really be taking something that contains iron. That is not the fault of the vitamin, because I knew what I was buying when I got it. They offer one with iron, but it is way too expensive. I might keep purchasing the single tablet version plus iron if I saw a big difference in effect from the drugstore vitamin, but I don't feel, for me, this is superior enough of a product to justify the price tag. It is a good vitamin, though, and if what you see on the label is exactly what you're looking for and you can afford it, go for it.

I purchased this multivitamin for my daughter, under the recommendation of a doctor of Nutritional Medicine. My daughter was undergoing treatment at the time for SIBO, Candida, and IBS. This multivitamin provided the necessary nutrients, when her diet was quite limited. Later, I tried the multivitamin for myself, having not taken a multivitamin in a number of years. I find this vitamin to be easy to swallow, a good value for the money and quality tested by a third party, which is important in the vitamin industry.

My wife has chronic illness and this helps here with a very restricted diet.

I suspect maybe the b vitamins are making me a bit anxious and the fact that it's packed with so much makes it uneasy on my gut. Maybe If they put less per capsule I could space it out better throughout the day without irritation.
