Very nice oil. Beautiful olive aroma. Medium intensity, with a more savory and almost salty flavor, just a touch of burn on the finish. I tend to favor fruitier oils which is why I'm deducting one star, but this is definitely very good.

Great Gift for the Person Who Has Everything!!
Purchased this after friends returned from a trip to Spain and bragged it up. Delicious! So different in taste - hard to describe. I might say it has a light, fresh, almost floral tone. Is it worth the $$$? That's up to you! I'm glad I am experiencing it but will probably not reorder, strictly because of the price.
