I am a female and bought this for myself. I have carpal tunnel and really bad arthritis so I hope it helps. I think it's even nicer than the pic. It fits close to my wrist and is low profile so it doesn't bother me. Not like a bangle bracelet and also not so tight it makes me sweat under it. I do always wear a larger wrist size when I wear bracelets, so you need to measure yourself. If you have a small wrist, then this bracelet would not fit you as shown, the ends would have no where to go and overlapping them wouldn't work. I think it's a nice weight and fit for a guy or lady, just make sure your wrist size (use a string) fits this.

Got for my husband. He started wearing it right away (drop me on the floor!) In about 3 days he said he felt a difference. He's had a hand injury for about a year. He is not wearing it now and I don't see him holding his hand and massaging it. He says there is a little "tightness" in the hand but he basicly doesn't notice it anymore. It seems crazy but it does help!

I was led to believe it doesnt tarnish easily. It tarnishes daily. Why can't they make it with a coating that doesn't tarnish.

I didn't like it because it looks like woman bracelet. I threw it away.They should make it mens bracelet with different figure.

Fairly heavy, and a bit large. That's most likely my fault, but I did not see a sizing chart when I ordered it.. It is well made.

Appalling. This bracelet looks as cheap as chips !! I threwthe bracelet in the bin .I would NOT recommend buying it .
