Great at night for dry eyes
Really makes your vision blurry, but do it before bed. I swear it really helps by letting it soak in every night. Bought multiple bottles over the last year. Pricey but worth it. No negatives.

Eye care
After cataract surgery eye drops are the only thing for dry eyes, these work well, the price is good on Amazon with fast shipping. In 10 years there's never been a recall on this brand, unlike other drops.

Makes sleep more comfortable
I have dry eyes. These drops are great at night. I can normally make it all night without adding more unlike with the non-gel drops.

Just what was needed
This gel drops are great. They last a long time. I don't need to put drops in as often as regular drops. This lasts longer use less per day.

Great for Macular Degeneration Dry - BEST Lubricant. Not available at Costco.
Can’t get this anywhere.I use morning and night with more of the Ultra Systane during the day.I have Dry Macular Degeneration and I’m supposed to use drops several times a day. This is thicker / higher viscosity than the Ultra Systane which is a bit heavier in viscosity than the Regular Systane. This ISN’T available at Costco.

Takes a little getting used to, but does help for my severely dry eges
I use these drops at night several minutes before bed to throughly coat my dry eyes. It definitely helps! My eyes feel more moisturizer when I wake up. But they do feel “gel-like” and you have to blink several times and roll your eyes around to get the gel to spread. Things look a little blurry right after you use them so you have to wait just a minute for it to settle in. Worth using though, especially for severe dry eyes!

Avoids Drips Down My Cheeks
My eyes are not problematic, but it is dry here in Phoenix and I like to be preventive keeping my eyes lubricated. I first follow the instruction from my ophthalmologist to wash my lids with water. The standard lubricating drops are OK, but I find trying to apply them, even in front of a mirror, ends up with much of the drop running down my cheek. These thicker gel drops better allow one controlled drop per eye that stays in place. I will apply in the morning and evening and more TBD. I might only find a little blurring until I blink enough to distribute them
