Quite happy with the purchase, which although expensive, is an excellent fit and very sturdily attached to my bike. I ride 1 mile, most days, to the local grocery store to buy dinner supplies or a sixer, and this basket is the perfect size. One thing worth mentioning for those also riding the Roll is that the attachment clamps were too large for the smaller than standard handlebar size of that bike, but the issue was easily resolved with several wrap-arounds of electrical tape. Already have gotten compliments on it. Basket looks exactly as pictured and you can feel the quality of the product. It is heavier than your average stocked wire basket, but the aluminum (seems to be heavy duty aluminum) is hollow - might weigh 2 to 3 lbs.The klickfix handlebar adapter is really easy to install, but would not fit snug to my handlebar so i simply put cut-out spare tire tube around the bars. This basket is ridiculously expensive, but sometimes you've just got to treat yourself, right? Well, that's my rationale. The Brooks Hoxton basket is really beyond repair. Not only does it look great, but it is very functional. The heavy gauge aluminum construction feels like it will last forever and the quick release mounting system is great. You can grab the basket, run into the store, come back out and click and go.Takes about 10-15 minutes to install. If you've got a bike tool or metric Allen key set and a Philips screwdriver, you re good to go.I mounted this on my new Raleigh Classic Roadster and it is a perfect match style-wise. Very classy--not feminine at all (one of my big complaints about many other baskets is that they are very girly)--and highly functional.
