These are great tools. I had recently lost mine in the move and they had to be replaced. They are better than the ones I had before, so I am sure glad I lost the first ones! It even came with a note from the seller on protection and care. Much appreciated

Must admit, I don't make crepes. But, I had a large wooden spreader that my mom gave me years ago that I used for making lots of finger sandwiches for a party, or a stack of PB&Js for the kids, or a full loaf of garlic bread. When my spreader broke, I spent a long time trying to replace it but couldn't find a similar product. This was the closest item I found. It's not exactly the same but I have to say, I really like it. Kitchen prep can be a time suck so items like these really help.

Such a great product, and customer service at its best. I ended up buying the larger spreader set, emailed indigo and was sent a set of smaller for options. Once you get the hang of using your crepes will never have those pourous holes will be smooth and perfect every time. The spatula is so comfortable to lift and hold crepes. Definitely recommending but must have patience with process, the product will help.

it is fairly a good product, nothing extra special, it does the job, very simple nothing complicated

Remember to use the small piece of sand paper that's included in the package to smooth these utensils before first use. Although these 2 pieces are very well-made, some parts are still a bit scratchy. So smooth them away!

Wanted this for a while. All the creperies in France use these tools. Takes practice for technique - practice makes perfect! Also works with home made pizzas.
