As we get older, we find the need to increase our fiber intake. This product is perfect. you can control your fiber intake, by the number of capsules you take and without the nasty, gritty, taste, as in other similar products.

Works well. As the years roll by, I've needed to take the 3 times a day dosage for optimum results. I appreciate both the quality and price. I once strayed and tried another product that was not helpful at all and caused a lot of stress for me--I will never do that again.

I had been trying to figure out which physllium to try. I chose this one because it didnt have additives just the husk.. I also chose it because it said on the website here 1 or 2 twice a day. however when i got the bottle is says 2 up to three times a day, thats alot different. Im not sure how its going to work yet but will give it a try.
