Where does it say what size overboot it is?

I would get a size up from your child normal shoe size. That’s if you plan to wear the boots over their shoes.

Is there any way to wear it without shoes?

My son use to wear them without shoes..it was too big at the time. But I am certain he could now. I'll check and see.
