Got this belt a while back to replace my old worn out belt! Coming out of the package it is rather stiff, but that isn't a bad thing. Simply part of a thick and durable belt. Now that it is broken in it is very supportive and great for lifting. Stylish and comes in a handful of colors! Short of a custom belt I think this is a best buy on Amazon for lifters!

An amazing high quality belt at an extremely affordable price. Similar belts would easily cost well over 100.00 dollars. This belt is unbelievable at sub 100.00 dollar price.Size is great I'm 6 foot 225 and the large fits perfect with room to loose or grow. At 10mm thickness this belt is extremely sturdy and firm. Great for those heavy lifts when you need the support.I would like to see this belt in a design where the back piece widens out from 4 inches to 6 inches with some padding. I know cost would be higher but with the same size and thickness specs It would be a killer belt to have!!

Great belt! Been lifting for years and this is one of the better belts to own. After an injury, I was sidelined from heavy lifts and grew out of my 13mm inzer lever belt(which imo, is worth the money for a lifetime warranty and being the best belt I’ve had). Butttttt, having come back from injury, I figured I wouldn’t need an inzer right away since I’m not at my peak lifts anymore so why spend the money. But I have to say this belt is doing the job right with Just enough support to overload my lifts. Add that it’s only a 10mm belt and it broke in fine after 4-5 sessions, keeping in mind that I only use it for heavier lifts. For sizing though, you might want to size down if you’re on a borderline. I measured tightly around my naval right at 40” and went with an XL but I could tighten it past the last hole so swapped it for a large. Now I can tighten it securely within 3-4 holes leaving about 5-6 holes on the slack end of the belt.It’s been about a month now and I have no complaints, hardware has held up nicely (green belt so hardware was painted over black). Will update if necessary.

This belt is VERY sturdy. It is extremely supportive on the lower back -- I've especially appreciated that when doing deadlifts. The thickness made it difficult to put on and take off for the first few times I wore it, but that is to be expected. The prongs go through the holes easily.I do wish that the loop was moveable. Simply because of the stiffness of the belt, I couldn't put the extra length through the loop. Hopefully that will change with more use.I expect this belt will last me for the rest of my powerlifting days!

I ordered this on a Thursday and it arrived the following Sunday. I have used it a few times for squats and deadlifts and it is a very solid belt. It is very comparable to my Inzer belt that was lost when I transferred duty stations and it is only half the price. I would definitely purchase this belt again. My only suggestion is if you are in between sizes, go with the larger size. I have a 34-35 inch waist and purchased the medium and should have purchased the large. Cinched down I am on the 3rd set of holes from the end of the belt. It does not give me much room to grow for the holidays. There are 10 sets of holes for 10 inches of adjustment.

Great lifting belt. I went from a nylon belt to this one to get more support. After I roll it out and get it a bit more flexible, I’ll be taking this bad boy to powerlifting competitions!

I was looking for something stronger than a velcrow belt and didnt want to spend a bunch of money on a leather one. This one is close to leather and really hugs you tight! I feel a lot safer squating and deadlifting with this on. My favorite part is how many options of colors they have. Highly recommend!

This is a real lifters' belt that gives a great brace.Price is significantly lower than many comparable 10mm leather belts.IPF approved!The leather is stiff and firm as can be. Takes some breaking in, ideally BEFORE using it to train.I broke mine in by rolling it up tightly several times as well as twisting it lengthwise back and forth.Great belt for those seeking a budget-friendly stiff belt for serious core bracing.

Utilise' pour la pratique du powerlifting. Alors je commence par ce qui est bien.couleur vert kaki bien ,le logo bien ,le fermoir bien a première vue elle est pas mal, lorsqu on la porte ça va.maintenant ce qui me dérange la largeur ne fait pas 10cm. Elle mesure 9,5 cm(ça c est le problème des ceintures avec un rebord ,arrondi). L'épaisseur ne fait pas 10mn mais 8mn de plus on peut pas dire que la ceinture soit raide,contrairement aux avis (malheureusement c est des des personnes qui ne connaissent pas grand chose)donc je pense que dans quelque mois la ceinture sera bien molle ,a moins de mettre une couche de cuir supplémentaire ce que j ai l intention de faire (a voir avec mon cordonnier)ça va faire chère la ceinture ..il me manquait que L 'iron bull. les ceintures de muscu.je connais j ai toutes les marques de tout coloris de toutes forme .bien sportivement .Philippe.

When first used with the thickness of belt it was hard to tuck end of belt into loop when fastened, but the more I used it the easier it was to use, fantastic belt Absolutely love it, best belt I've bought in 30+ year's, told all my friends in gym to get 1 which most of them have, Thank you iron bull I feel safer now lifting & I look the part...........

この15年は１３ｍｍのベルトをパワーリフティングに使っていましたが、最近体重が体力について増えたら13㎜のベルトは小さくなりました。新しい13㎜のベルトは結構高い値段がするのでこの10㎜のベルトにしました。２４５ｋｇのスクアットと270㎏のデッドリフトにはその2つの厚みのベルトで特に違いは感じられないのでこの安いのにしてよかったと思います。
