Great quality and value for the price
Great product, easy to install, and very sturdy. My only complain is the floor-guide included in this kit was a bit short in my case and looks very flimsy. My floor was a bit off-level and I had to install the door with a larger gap at the bottom. But luckily, I found a very good replacement floor-guide that worked for me. Over all, I am very happy with this set and would recommend it.

Very Good System At A Fraction Of The Cost
The Barn Door system is a great value for the Price. This was about 3x more expensive at the big box hardware store. The product was packaged very well with all parts individually wrapped and secure in the box. Most of the accessories were placed in individual boxes to prevent damage during transport. The hardware appears to be solid. The bolts and nuts seem to be enamel painted black and have a slightly different texture tha the rails and J-hook. You really have to look hard to see the difference. The black enamel looks like it matches common black enamels like model paint or nail polish. The rail comes in 2-peices and when assembled, causes a very slight noise when the door passes. For my purposes, I needed about a 10-foot rail to hang two doors and found purchasing 2-systems to be the best option. I first found the studs, then dry fitted the system studs to determine the best way to hand it. I had to drill one additional hole to line up with a misplaced stud. I recommend using a drill press. The holes all 16inches apart. I had to cut the second system rail to fit the wall, giving me my extra length. I used a hacksaw and the cut took several minutes but is clean. The second rail fits nice with about a 1/16th inch gap. Definitely predrill your holes. Make sure the rail is tight to the wall before you hang the doors. I didn't and the rail flexed. Thankfully I checked my work and found the mistake. The door hardware was a little tricky. The instructions suggest using a 3/8th drill bit, but I found the hole very tight. A rubber mallet helped drive the bolts in. I improvised with the placement of the door hardware because the doors are not barn doors but reclaimed doors purchased from the ReStore. The doors hang well on the rail, but were a little finicky getting lined up. The stop that prevents the door from jumping the track seemed to get more in the way than it should. It took some moving the door back and forth to get it on the tracks. The doors fit about half an inch from the wall. This is not a weather tight door, definitely decorative. Slide the stops onto the rail. If you need a stop further than the first anchor bolt, you may have to unbolt the rail from the wall, put on the stop, then rebolt the rail. This is definitely a "plan ahead "moment. I included two pictures of the finished product. The doors line up well but have a slight gap. I figure that is user error.

Surprisingly high quality for the price
This product is equal to the quality of those I looked at in Lowes and for a fraction of the cost. The parts are seriously heavy duty, well finished, and up for the purpose. It comes with detailed instructions and measurements. The included guide parts for the bottom of the door are unlikely to work for most people as they will be thwarted by having to cut a kerf in the bottom of the door; any uneveness in in the floor; and they are plastic hence probably not very durable. We used a roller guide supplied also on Amazon which works well and has a lot of leeway on fit. We also determined that although the standoffs for the rail are solid metal and very wide that they might eventually crush sheet rock or plaster if mounted directly through the wall to studs. We elected to install a 1/4 rail of oak. this also made locating the standoffs and the screws easy and straight-forward. Unfortunately, while other reviewers commented on how well the two-piece rail fit and that the rollers went over it smoothly, this was not our experience. The fit is precise but the location by the factory was not so we had to file down the meeting point in order for the rollers to pass over smoothly. Overall very pleased with the product and expect many years. I would say order this with confidence.

Look and work great
These work great. Slide nice and smooth. Hardware is great quality. It does keep the second door out a bit far, but we just added and extra piece of wood to the sides of the door and made it look as if the door was that thick.
